Connie Flores shares her powerful journey to becoming an attorney, driven by her family's struggles. At just 16 years old, Connie faced unimaginable tragedy when her brother was killed in a drive-by shooting. Her mother, who only spoke Spanish, had to rely on Connie to communicate with attorneys and navigate the legal system during their time of grief.
